Diabetes Quality Improvement Project
The California Medical Association (CMA) Foundation has launched the second phase of the Diabetes Quality Improvement Project, previously called Advancing Practice Excellence in Diabetes.
In existence since 2007, the project aims to equip physicians and healthcare professionals with the knowledge, skills and resources to care and manage an ever-growing patient population

We are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of patients with diabetes. Through collaborative partnerships with multidisciplinary groups of healthcare providers, health plans, community based organizations, and others we seek to identify new approaches to caring for people with diabetes, as well as sharing best practices that can lead to widespread improvement efforts.
