The HPV Vaccine: What Health Providers Need to Know

This material is a 4 page, visually appealing, brochure provided by the CDPH Immunization Branch and it addresses “the main messages” about the HPV vaccines for providers’ patients. The brochure is set-up in question and answer format, discussing topics such as general HPV information, cervical cancer risk, HPV vaccines details (safety, efficacy, administration guidelines etc.), and the VFC program. Medical literature citations, links to resources providing further information, and links to patient information materials are also provided.
